Company Solves Bacteria and Virus Transmission Problems for Brands of all Sizes Allowing them to Operate Safely in Schools, Businesses, Healthcare Facilities
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (March 29, 2021) – INVZBL, a technology company specializing in UV-C disinfection products designed and manufactured in the United States, launches today its Z13 and B3 cabinets. INVZBL’s technology offers education, enterprise, government, healthcare and hospitality industries the highest-capacity, rapid UV-C disinfection services for devices and high-touch items, such as smartphones, tablets and laptops.
Founded by serial entrepreneur and the former President and CMO of Staymobile, Chuck Morrison, INVZBL is redefining the way companies disinfect products in the COVID-19 and post COVID-19 era. INVZBL’s Z13 and B3 models kill 99.9% of bacteria, germs, and infectious pathogens such as Candida, E. Coli and SARS-CoV-2 in three minutes. The Z13 can safely disinfect up to 100 or more phones, 50 or more tablets, and 20 or more laptops, and sits on four casters for ease of mobility. The B3 model is roughly 40 percent of the size of the Z13 and can either be placed on a workspace or used as cart.
“INVZBL provides customers a convenient and non-chemical cleaning solution that other methods cannot touch in terms of efficiency, speed and safety. Our goal is to deploy this industry-leading technology across the country to help solve many of the operational challenges facing our nation,” says Chuck Morrison, Founder and CEO of INVZBL. “As small businesses, schools, government buildings and more move to reopen and expand their capacity, our solution ensures safety and peace-of-mind.”
Industry-Leading Technology & Safety
As the nation navigates a safe pathway forward, more attention is being directed to recent guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to layer the most effective safety precautions for combatting COVID-19. Among the CDC’s key mitigation strategies is the recommendation to use UV-C light to inactivate the virus. UV-C breaks down the DNA or RNA of microorganisms including viruses and bacteria, rendering them safe and harmless.
In laboratory testing, INVZBL Z13 and B3 models were analyzed to determine their efficacy in the reduction of five challenge organisms on objects such as a laptop, cell phone, tablet, and a mask. Results showed:
· Escherichia coli ATCC 8739: 3 Minutes- 99.999% reduction
· Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538: 3 Minutes- 99.99% reduction
· Clostridium perfringens ATCC 12915: 3 Minutes- 99.999% reduction
· Candida albicans ATCC 10231: 3 Minutes- 99.999% reduction
· Aspergillus brasiliensis ATCC 16404: 3 Minutes- 99.999% reduction-C cabinets to determine its efficacy in the reduction
INVZBL models contain bulbs that operate at 254 nanometers which is not safe for human exposure. Therefore, each unit has automatic shutoff capabilities when opened during a three-minute disinfection cycle. Additionally, INVZBL models are UL listed and have passed UL UV-C leakage testing.
“Working with INVZBL has allowed our employees to safely operate technology that is critical to our business. The company’s 18-month warranty and customer service have been incredibly valuable as we have successfully remained operational amid the pandemic,” says Tevon Taylor, Managing Director, Technology and Industrial Sales at FedEx Supply Chain.
