Scott Knuckles
Scott Knuckles, Vice-President of Customer Success, leads customer engagement and strategic operations for throughout North America. He oversees the company’s continued expansion into K-12, higher education, healthcare, government, and enterprise in this role. Knuckles brings nearly 30 years of leadership in educational technology experience in the public and private arenas.
In his previous position with Aeries Software, he guided relationships with K-12 educational institutions, providing client support and management while influencing lifetime product value, production adoption, and customer retention. Knuckles organized and controlled the increasing development of client acquisition onboarding and product renewals. Notably, he developed and implemented an online Customer Experience Portal which assisted in customer engagement and support needs.
Before joining Aeries Software, Knuckles served as Director of Professional Services at Lightspeed Systems, maintaining and developing virtual classrooms with onsite instruction leveraging the company’s products and systems.
Knuckles worked for more than two decades in the public and higher education service industry before working within the private sector. As Director of Information and Technology, he inaugurated the first educational technology systems for three of California’s Central Coast Unified School Districts, which include Paso Robles, Lucia Mar, and Templeton. He managed district-wide telecommunications networks for schools, bringing educational technology into the classrooms.
An industry thought leader, Knuckles is a frequent speaker for the Society for Information Technology and Teacher Education (SITE) and the Computer Using Educators (CUE). His expertise spans the importance of technology in the classroom and its implementation and building computer and technology systems in underserved areas such as Oakland, Compton, and Inglewood.
Knuckles, a California native, lives in Atascadero with his wife, who works in the public school system. For 17 years, Knuckles served as a reserve fireman and EMT in his town, only giving up the position recently. He has two sons. The oldest teaches fourth grade and lives in the Central Coast with his wife, while the second, a former National Guard, lives in Wisconsin with his wife. “Safety and learning are of vital importance to me,” Knuckles says. “I bring that to INVZBL. At INVZBL, we want to make it safe for kids to use the scholastic devices provided to them. After all, they are our future leaders.”
